East Anglia House

The scope of this refurbishment to a large office building was to achieve modern standards of thermal and solar performance in an older building. Veranti Ltd removed the existing single glazed aluminium windows and replaced with 1,400 high performance and thermally broken double glazed aluminium units. As part of the build, we manufactured and installed a structurally glazed entrance foyer with auto door mechanisms and two full height structurally glazed curtain walls.

Additionally, the original window sills were removed, refurbished and reinstalled as part of the project based on Veranti’s value engineering service.
